You will also need your proof of purchase or order confirmation.

The fastest way to obtain a different piece is to return the item you received and, once the return has been approved, purchase the desired item in a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from return:
- Individually crafted pieces — engravings, bespoke items, personalised articles (see statutory provisions below)
- Items from promotional offers or with discount codes marked as "non-returnable"

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by e-mail of the status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at silber@vaugoin.com.
Statutory requirement
Right of Withdrawal pursuant to FAGG
The following notice complies with the statutory requirements of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Silberschmiede Jarosinski & Vaugoin GmbH, Zieglergasse 24, 1070 Vienna, silber@vaugoin.com — by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, though this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; no charges will be incurred.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date of your withdrawal notification. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Statutory Right of Withdrawal
For such orders, you will be separately informed before completing the purchase and must actively confirm the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
Notice for Orders Outside the European Union
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the right of withdrawal under European law applies in full. Any customs duties, import VAT or other charges levied in the destination country are borne by the buyer. These do not affect the right of withdrawal.
