Delivery

We ship with FedEx International.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping service. We aim to dispatch orders promptly — as each piece is something truly special, we kindly ask for your understanding should your shipment occasionally require a little more time and delivery may vary from the estimated timeframes.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply.

For deliveries outside the EU — in particular to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA, Japan and Taiwan — customs duties, import VAT and other local charges may apply. These costs are borne exclusively by the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. They are levied directly by customs or the delivery service in the destination country.

We have no influence over the amount of these charges and accept no liability in this regard. We recommend checking the applicable import regulations in your country before placing an order.

Note regarding current US customs situation: Import duties into the USA may currently vary. Any additional costs arising from changes in customs regulations are borne by the recipient.

Terms of Delivery

All shipments are made under the delivery term DAP (Delivered At Place). Customs duties and import charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
